Current Value:                     £545 (or £495 if bought outright with the option to return it for a refund of £435 within 3 months of purchase.  Includes a tuition book, sax stand, padded neck strap and a music stand or a metronome / tuner).

Terms and condition of this agreement:-

1. The rental payment of £25 (£30 with accessory pack) per month is payable monthly in advance by credit card.

2. The minimum rental period is 2 months, the maximum period is 6 months.

3. You may purchase the instrument at any time.  A discount of the deposit and all of the rental paid during the first

     6 months would be deducted from the “current value” figure above.  This discount may be transferred to

     any other instrument purchased from me.

4. You may end this agreement by giving one months notice in writing (subject to the minimum period of 2 months).
    You may return it in person or by courier.   If you intend to send it,  you must contact me in advance for a return reference and use an insured and signed for service.  I can arrange this via DHL on your behalf for £14 which would be deducted from the deposit.

5. The deposit of £90 will be refunded on return of the instrument (subject to condition). This may need to be increased if you are not working or have a low credit score;

6. You are responsible for any loss or damage.  Any loss or damage must be notified to the owner immediately.  If
    the instrument is lost or stolen, the customer will pay the owner the full balance owing.

7. Insurance cover is optional, however, it should be noted that instrument repairs can be very expensive.  Insurance
    cover would cost £12.50 per year for a “new for old” policy and is available from BBIS
    on (020) 8759 0825.

8. A late payment fee of £12 will be charged if the rental payment is not received by the due date or if the maximum

    6 month hire term is exceeded.

9. The instrument remains the property of Fairfield Technology Ltd until paid in full.  You must not sell or dispose

    of it before then.
