If you are unable to travel to Reading for the free one hour lesson, I can arrange next working day before 3pm delivery to any UK mainland address for £9 via Interlink/DPD couriers. They will send you a text message when they load the van on the morning of delivery. This states the one hour delivery slot. This has proved very popular with my customers as it means you don't need to wait in until 3pm. I can arrange next working day before 12 midday for £14 if you prefer (also with the text alert).
I can arrange delivery to other UK addresses (Islands) for £19 and European deliveries for £39.
I personally play every instrument before sending (using my own mouthpiece). I then pack it carefully in the manufacturers original cardboard carton and wrap any additional accessories carefully in bubble wrap and place everything in a larger box. I sent over 400 instruments via courier last year and they all arrived in perfect condition.
On receipt of you order, I will contact you to discuss delivery. You can choose a day for delivery and the most convenient address which can be your home, work, friend, family member etc. It will require a signature on delivery. If you are out when they arrive, they will leave a card and you can either call them to arrange another delivery or you can collect it from your local depot.
I will e-mail you the consignment number which allows you to track exactly where your parcel is on line or by phone.
Smaller items such as replacement reeds, mouthpieces, cleaning cloths, tutor books, DVD's etc are sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery.
