Conditions of hire:

1. Rental charge of £15 payable monthly in advance by credit/debit card. If the payment is not received by this method by the due date, an additional £20.00 per month will be charged;

2. The instrument may be purchased at any time.  A discount of the deposit plus all the rental paid during the first six months would be deducted from the current value figure above;

3. The minimum rental period is two months, the maximum period is six months;

4. One months notice must be given to terminate this agreement;

5. The deposit of £30 is refundable on return of the instrument in the same condition as it was first hired. If for any reason (eg. lost, stolen, damaged etc.) the instrument cannot be returned in the same condition, the hirer will pay for any repairs required or pay Fairfield Technology Limited the equivalent cost. All dents must be repaired or paid for;

6. Insurance cover is optional, however it should be noted that instrument repairs can be very expensive. Insurance cover would cost approximately £12.50 per year for a 'new for old' policy and is available from BBIS on (020) 87590825;

7. A fee of 20 pence per mile from Junction 11 of the M4 (Reading) will be deducted from the deposit if the instrument has to be collected from the hirer on cessation of this agreement to cover travelling expenses.
